**Terms and Conditions of Service for Chesterville Lumber Company**

1. **Acceptance of Terms:** By engaging with Chesterville Lumber Company, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chesterville Lumber Company.

2. **Services Provided:** Chesterville Lumber Company offers sawmill services including cutting, milling, and processing of timber and lumber.

3. **Payment:** Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, debit and credit card, check, or electronic bank transfer. Any outstanding balances will accrue interest at a rate of 5% per month.

4. **Quotes and Estimates:** All quotes and estimates provided by Chesterville Lumber Company are approximate and subject to change based on the actual volume and complexity of the work performed.

5. **Cancellation Policy:** Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the start of work for cancellations of custom work Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Customers will be contacted before custom work begins for confirmation.

6. **PIckup of Orders** Clients must pick-up custom work within 30 days of it's completion unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Orders not picked up with-in 30 days will be considered abandoned and any deposit made for the work will not be refunded. Chesterville Lumber Company reserves the right to re-sell abandoned work.

6. **Ownership of Materials:** Customers retain ownership of their timber throughout the milling process. Chesterville Lumber Company assumes no responsibility for the quality or condition of the materials provided by the customer.

7. **Liability:** While Chesterville Lumber Company takes every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of its operations and products, we cannot be held liable for any damages or injuries that occur on the customer's property during the provision or use of our products.

8. **Dispute Resolution:** Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.

9. **Changes to Terms:** Chesterville Lumber Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. 

10. **Governing Law:** These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Virginia].
